Self-man­aging or­gan­iz­a­tions and rad­ic­al de­cent­ral­iz­a­tion
I con­duct re­search on my core aca­dem­ic in­terest: self-man­aging or­gan­iz­a­tions. My PhD ex­amined self-man­aging or­gan­iz­a­tions in the pub­lic sec­tor. I am cur­rently work­ing on a postdoc­tor­al pro­ject that ex­plores self-man­age­ment in a private com­pany, where form­al ma­na­geri­al titles and hier­arch­ic­al struc­tures have been re­placed by ho­ri­zont­al co­ordin­a­tion mech­an­isms, grant­ing em­ploy­ees a high de­gree of de­cision-mak­ing au­thor­ity.

Re­search­er in self-man­aging or­gan­iz­a­tions

I place strong emphasis on bringing my research into practice and ensuring it creates real-world impact. I collaborate closely with organizations to turn insights from self-management into actionable frameworks that support organizational development. At the same time, these engagements feed back into my research, ensuring it remains empirically grounded and practically relevant.
