Empowering organizations via pricing & entrepreneurship

My research explores how participative pricing control and educational contexts shape entrepreneurial behavior and decision-making. I aim to help organizations and institutions design fair, transparent, and inclusive frameworks that foster trust, motivation, and responsible risk-taking.

By studying the paradoxes of pricing governance—how shared control can improve fairness yet introduce tension—I support managers in balancing empowerment with accountability. I also investigate how educational settings affect students’ risk behavior and learning, contributing to more effective entrepreneurship education.

As a Teaching Associate Professor, I bring research into the classroom and collaborate across departments to bridge theory and practice. With publications in Journal of Management Accounting Research and Management Learning, I contribute to debates on pricing ethics, education, and innovation—working toward organizational and educational ecosystems where people thrive with purpose.
