Business and strategic development, and coaching, as well as career development are deeply interconnected—they’re all about people, organizations, and leadership. For over 25 years, I’ve worked across these areas, from executive roles in top management (CEO, CSO & COO) to advising, coaching, and mentoring senior leaders, and more recently within executive search, leadership evaluation, and teaching within the fields of business economy and business strategy.

I have an extensive experience from a wide range of international industrial companies, having led numerous strategic and organizational change processes across cultures and geographies—including Europe, Japan, and the U.S. I specialize in navigating complex challenges toward clarity and solutions, and have coached C-level executives and board members. Along the way, I’ve built a strong professional network across several industries. In 2017 I started my own consulting company "Flayen Executive" to support business executives within the field of my expertises.
