Morten Ager­vig

· Law, including legal compliance and corporate finance

· Keen interest in corporate finance, insolvency and restructuring, and M&A

· Has worked as a consultant with a focus on, amongst other things

· Business development – the acquisition and sale of companies, including subsequent integration – optimisation of compliance processes and a focus on operational optimisation.

With few exceptions, has primarily worked with technology companies within ICT.

· Has supervised law students at the University of Copenhagen (KU) on both their bachelor’s dissertations and master’s theses.

· Has taught at the University of Copenhagen since 2007, focusing on contract law, property and creditors’ rights, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring.

· Holds a teaching qualification from the University of Southern Denmark in Business Economics and Commercial Law.

Has set examination papers and served as an external examiner for both oral and written examinations.
