Course content

This course introduces various theories of international business and global strategic management and demonstrates them through case studies. Its goal is to develop your ability to apply a theoretical view to managerial issues in multinational firms. Since topics related to strategy and international business have been discussed throughout the B.Sc. program, this course focuses on extending your knowledge on global and firm-specific strategy-related themes. For example, some strategies, such as competitive strategy, have been treated previously during the B.Sc. program. This course debates these strategies, taking an international point of view.
