- Understand the accounting mechanics behind financial reporting
- Discover the differences between financial reporting from around the world
- Understand the basic techniques of financial statement analysis and business valuation
- Differentiate between different valuation models
- Understand the benefits and limitations of those models
- Be able to implement valuation of a company using techniques and tools covered during the course
- Understand financial reporting incentives and accounting quality
