Primary research areas

Strategy Under Uncertainty

I investigate how companies adapt their strategies in response to institutional change, market disruptions, and geopolitical instability. My research highlights how firms navigate uncertainty, mitigate risks, and turn volatile conditions into opportunities.

Multinationals and Grand Challenges

I study how multinational corporations respond to grand societal challenges such as sustainability, human rights, and inequality. My work examines the reputational and ethical strategies firms adopt to safeguard legitimacy and build trust in an increasingly complex global environment.

Innovating Across Borders

My research explores how multinational companies design and manage global innovation strategies. I focus on how knowledge is shared within and between firms, how organizations source ideas internationally, and the internal and external challenges they face when operating across borders.

I explore how businesses tackle global challenges
