I am a PhD from Copenhagen Business School. My PhD dissertation was about building and maintaining trust in globally distributed teams.

I am an experienced supervisor with 10+ years of experience in supervising bachelor projects and master theses at CBS. And I am happy to say that it is still a joyful and rewarding experience!

Throughout the years I have also been teaching numerous different courses, including ‘Global projects and intercultural collaboration’ at Business Administration and Project Management (HA Pro), and ‘The Digital Organization’ at  M.Sc. in Communication (Cand. Merc. Kom).

Professional and/or academic experience
I am an external lecturer at CBS, but my primary career is in the industry, where I have had various leadership roles within the IT industry, including:

• Head of AI & Data at Akademikernes A-kasse
• Director of Technology at Formpipe Software
• Head of Architecture and Development at Dansk Sundhedssikring A/S
• Sourcing Manager at SDC A/S 
• Liaison Officer at Danske Bank in Bangalore, India

Supervision on many different programs. Primarily Master’s thesis and Bachelor projects
