I have run my own consultancy for 20+ years. As the owner of bro, I am responsible for a talented team of over 25 specialists working in a unique hybrid between organisational consulting, behavioural design and strategic communication. My focus is predominantly on strategy, team, and management development for CEOs and directors in large Danish and international businesses. Furthermore, I am an active keynote speaker and board member.

I teach no courses at the moment.

Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision
During both the spring and fall semester, I supervise master’s theses. Predominantly for students writing within strategic communication, behavioral change, business development and organizational management.
