I engage students, professors and administrative colleagues through the co-construction of transformative narratives 

My scholarly activity seeks to uncover how organisations are shaped by societal discourse and by how organisational members communicate, i.e. mainly a social-constructionist agenda. 

This activity is translated into research-based and critical perspectives in the learning environments of students and the working environments of colleagues at CBS and other universities in Denmark and abroad. 

I am actively engaged also in dialogues with Danish high-schools and their pupils to convey the benefits of higher education to attract a broader diversity of young people to university education.
