Michael Clemens graduated with a M.Sc. (Cand.merc.) in Organizational theory from Aarhus Business School in 1988. Also holds a Graduate Diploma in Finance from same school. 

Academic fields of interest includes: Asset pricing, Dividend policy, Behavioral finance, Active vs. Passive investing, Market efficiency, Valuation.

Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision

Assistant teacher in applied statistics at Aarhus Business School (1986-1988).

Teacher in Organization Theory at Business School in Aabenraa (1991-1993).

Various supervisory and grading roles at CBS in 1995-2000 and 2006-present (Bachelor level in Finance, and Masters level in Finance/Accounting).
