Advancing Responsible Human–AI Collaboration for a Safer Digital Future

My research focuses on how responsibility is shared between humans and AI systems in decision-making and cybersecurity contexts. I aim to help organizations design responsible human–AI collaboration frameworks that strengthen both accountability and digital resilience.

Through my work, I address one of the key societal challenges of our time: how to ensure that AI systems enhance rather than undermine human judgment and ethical responsibility. By examining how individuals and organizations attribute responsibility in human–AI collaboration, my research provides insights that support safer and more transparent digital workplaces.

I combine qualitative and quantitative approaches to develop evidence-based strategies for improving security awareness, promoting responsible AI use, and reducing human–AI diffusion of responsibility.

My ambition is to contribute to a future where technology and human values co-evolve — empowering people to make confident, informed, and ethical decisions in increasingly digital environments.
