Researching digital governance for societal impact

My research helps governments, organizations, and citizens understand and govern the societal transformations brought by digital technologies such as AI, data infrastructures, and platforms. I focus on how public institutions can responsibly adopt innovation while safeguarding democratic values, transparency, and accountability.

I work on challenges such as:
- Governing generative AI in the public sector
