IT, Media, Technology, and Data Protection Law
Most of my research focuses on areas vital for the new digital media and platforms, such as data protection law, copyright law, marketing practices law and law of obligations.
Driving Legal Innovation in Data, Media, and Technology Regulation
Since 2019, I have been at CBS after a professorship at Aalborg University. Over the years, I have been been a member of numerous legislative committees, councils and complaint boards. Presently, I am Chairman of the Radio and Television Board (Radio- og tv-nævnet), Chairman of the Telecommunications Board of Appeal (Teleklagenævnet), Board Member of the Danish Courts (Domstolsstyrelsen) and alternate member of the Danish Data Protection Council (Datarådet).
Outside activities
Part-time Attorney at Gorrissen Federspiel Law firm, 2018–present
Advising on media, IT, and law, including legal aspects of large digital transformations in the business sector.
