Søren Obed Mad­sen

Søren holds a PhD in implementation and management, and his research takes a practical approach to how implementation works and how it can be improved to make better use of the resources already in place. He is the author of the critically acclaimed book “Implementation – Between Talk and Action” and is a popular speaker and consultant on strategy, leadership and implementation. He is an associate professor of organisation and management at the University of South-Eastern Norway, as well as an external lecturer at CBS and DTU.

He supervises projects focusing on implementation, change, strategy, meaning-making, reforms, leadership and organisation.
