Relationship between Company Law and Tax Law

I am interested in when these two subjects intersect and overlap, as well as the difficulties this might pose.

Relationship between National Law and EU Law

Specifically, I research this in regard to tax law.

Bridging National and EU Law in Corporate and Tax Regulation

Søren Friis Hansen holds a Lic.jur. degree and is a professor at the Department of Law at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). In 1991, he obtained his Master of Laws (cand.jur.) and subsequently earned his Lic.jur. at the University of Copenhagen, where he wrote a dissertation on Danish and European corporate group law. 

Since 2001, Søren Friis Hansen has taught Company Law, and in 2011, he was appointed professor at the Department of Law at Copenhagen Business School. He is a member of the study board for the Cand.merc.aud. program and is academically responsible for the subjects Company Law, Business Law, Partnerships, Capital Companies, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Moreover, Søren Friis Hansen is the author of a large number of articles on Danish and European company and tax law.
