Joachim Brøns

I run my own law practice in collaboration with other solicitors, specialising in commercial law matters such as contracts, partnerships, company law, employment law, energy law and litigation.

My career has included positions at Dansk Erhverv, Coca-Cola Tapperierne, Grundfos, Ørsted, Energinet.dk and Shell, where I have worked in most areas of commercial law.

My particular areas of interest are how to make partnerships work and develop.

I lecture in Business Law on the HA-Almen programme, Competition Law and Industrial Economics on the HA-Jur programme, and in Tort and Insurance on the Cand. Merc. Jur. programme.

I supervise HA-Jur bachelor’s dissertations in Contract Law, Property Law, Market Law, Competition Law, Company Law, EU Law and Administrative Law.
