IT, Me­dia, Tech­no­logy, and Data Pro­tec­tion Law
Most of my re­search fo­cuses on areas vi­tal for the new di­git­al me­dia and plat­forms, such as data pro­tec­tion law, copy­right law, mar­ket­ing prac­tices law and law of ob­lig­a­tions.

Driv­ing Leg­al In­nov­a­tion in Data, Me­dia, and Tech­no­logy Reg­u­la­tion

Since 2019, I have been at CBS after a professorship at Aalborg University. Over the years, I have been been a member of numerous legislative committees, councils and complaint boards. Presently, I am Chairman of the Radio and Television Board (Radio- og tv-nævnet), Chairman of the Telecommunications Board of Appeal (Teleklagenævnet), Board Member of the Danish Courts (Domstolsstyrelsen) and alternate member of the Danish Data Protection Council (Datarådet).
