I am in­ter­ested in when these two sub­jects in­ter­sect and over­lap, as well as the dif­fi­culties this might pose.
Re­la­tion­ship between Na­tion­al Law and EU Law
Spe­cific­ally, I re­search this in re­gard to tax law.

Bridging Na­tion­al and EU Law in Cor­por­ate and Tax Reg­u­la­tion

Søren Friis Hansen holds a Lic.jur. degree and is a professor at the Department of Law at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). In 1991, he obtained his Master of Laws (cand.jur.) and subsequently earned his Lic.jur. at the University of Copenhagen, where he wrote a dissertation on Danish and European corporate group law. 

Since 2001, Søren Friis Hansen has taught Company Law, and in 2011, he was appointed professor at the Department of Law at Copenhagen Business School. He is a member of the study board for the Cand.merc.aud. program and is academically responsible for the subjects Company Law, Business Law, Partnerships, Capital Companies, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Moreover, Søren Friis Hansen is the author of a large number of articles on Danish and European company and tax law.
