Troels Mi­chael Lilja

Troels Michael Lilja is a professor of company law at the University of Southern Denmark. In addition to company law, he has a keen interest in legal methodology, EU law and insolvency law.

Troels Michael Lilja was previously a full-time member of staff at CBS, where his roles included head of the PhD programme. In his current role, he is one of the key figures responsible for launching the law programme in Esbjerg.
