I have a master and a Ph.D.-degree from CBS. I have been working at University of Southern Denmark in a Department that covered educational sciences. My main academic interests are educational leadership, public leadership, organisation theory, project management, sociology of science.

Professional and/or academic experience

As an associate professor at University of Southern Denmark my main research has been focusing on organising and leadership in Upper Secondary School and professionalisation of school leadership.
I have been programme director for Master of Upper Secondary Education. Membership of the Study board for Pedagogic.

20 years of teaching experience include bachelor and master programs. Many courses have been for students with current or former experience from practice.  
Supervision of several projects in bachelor and master programs.
