The aim of the course in Strategy and Leadership is to introduce the students to concepts in leadership and strategy and to employ analytical tools that can help them in their later professional career. The predominantly contemporary curriculum is designed to develop the student's capacity to identify problems, challenges and potentials within organizational leadership and strategy. Furthermore, the course shows students how philosophy can become a productive force in the analysis of organizations.

To achieve the grade 12, the student should meet the following learning objectives with no or only minor mistakes or errors:

Formulate an philosophical problem within the context of leadership and strategy
Relate the problem to concepts that are represented in the curriculum
Analyse a problem in leadership and strategy through the use of relevant case-material
Discuss the conceptual and practical implications of the philosophical analysis of leadership and strategy
Apply critical thinking skills to assess the ethical implications and consequences of different leadership approaches and strategic decisions.
