My research: 

- identifies best practices within SME decision-making within domains related to investments, internal reporting, external ESG reporting and interaction between the board and firm management 

- feeds back findings to the SME community via Ejerlederen.dk and other communication platforms and activities of Center for Owner-Managed Enterprises where I operate as one of two academic directors.
