Course content

The first half of the course content explores the company's international risk landscape, aiming to enhance comprehension of the principles and practices in risk management and enterprise risk management (ERM), along with analyses of potential effects stemming from dynamic and complex factors in the international business context.

The second part of the course focuses on understanding the company's global supply chain and the significance of structural flexibility while examining strategies for resilience and challenges linked to the transition from globalization to regionalization.

The course will enhance the students’ understanding of how to assess financial, economic, operational, strategic, and geopolitical exposures in the global risk landscape and dealing effectively with the complexity of cross-border value chains helping companies to cope with the associated uncertainties and gain resilient outcomes.
