Reflecting its foundations in the study of Organizational Behaviour, it draws on strong research traditions in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology, as well as Economics. In the brief time we have together we can only skim the surface, but you can still learn a lot about yourself, the people you work with, and how to lead the organizations you work within.

What you will learn

At the end of the course, the participant should be able to:

Identify and describe practical leadership challenges, using leadership theories, concepts, and models from the course to analyze and reflect upon the challenges,
Descript and reflect on your own leadership role in these situations,
Explore and evaluate leadership options for taking actions,
Use theories, concepts and models from the course to analyze and reflect on the organizational, individual, and interpersonal implications of alternative actions.
