What you will learn
At the end of the course the student should be able to demonstrate:
- Understanding and knowledge and being able to illustrate concepts, theories. models and methodologies on international financial markets.
- Understanding and knowledge of sustainability in international business including requirements to ESG reporting.
- Understanding and knowledge on concepts and methodologies and the practical toolbox in international working capital management.
- Understanding and knowledge on the development in the macro economic and impact on the international financial markets. Understanding and knowledge of political risks. Being able to asses contries risk profile
- Understanding and knowledge on international project finance and being able to show an analytic approach to cash-flow models, net present value and IRR concepts
- Understanding and knowledge of the companies risk-exposure and financial hedging. Being able to exemplify and use calculations on selected hedging instruments.
- Comprehension and understanding of the methodology and concept of trade finance. Having knowledge of relevant institutions and be able demonstrate the practical flow in trade finance transaction.
- The ability to present knowledge generate at the course in structurede, analytical logical form
- Understanding and being able link theories and methodoloygies to practical company cases.
