Pedagogical experience, methodological skills and supervision

I place strong emphasis on the practical application of theories. I also have a particular interest in sensemaking, micro-processes and complexity theories.

My main areas of interest are strategy, organisational development and change, communication and branding, power and decision-making as well as leadership, including top management, CSR and stakeholder management. I am particularly interested in the specific conditions that apply to public and other politically governed companies and organisations.
