Thomas Har­boe

For a significant portion of my career, I've been deeply involved in higher education, gaining extensive experience in areas such as teaching training, supervision, and curriculum development. My background includes many years in leadership roles, providing me with in-depth expertise in policymaking and partnership building, both nationally and internationally. Building on my PhD research in educational leadership, I've worked with educational leadership development for over a decade. Currently, my focus centers on driving quality enhancement, shaping strategic leadership, and influencing policymaking. I have also contributed to the higher education sector through board work. Since earning my master's degree in Philosophy some years ago, my professional interest in the philosophy of science and existential themes has remained strong. Throughout my career, I've maintained a strong passion for learning within higher education, alongside a keen interest in political and philosophical topics.
