Susanne Her­mann

I am a part time lecture at CBS and a part of the IOA institute. I have been teaching for many years, but only a few years within the academic field. I teach and have both practical and academic experience within the areas of organizational development, strategic  thinking, motivational theory, human resources, culture and leadership. 

Professional and/or academic experience

I come with a background of both Msc in Strategy, Organizations & Leadership from CBS in 2001. In 2015 I finished a Master in Organizational Psychology from RUC. I have written a few articles and a book published at Hans Reitzels Forlag in 2016 and called 'Future Leadership - a psychological toolbox'

I supervise in the areas of organisational development, leadership, strategy and organisational culture.
