Søren Kreil­gaard

My key competencies is Human Ressource Management, Organization and Strategy.
I teach within these fields combined with theory of science and methodology to make our students able to analyze and find solutions for organizational problems.  
 

Professional and/or academic experience

I have worked in Human Ressources and Organization in both privat sector companies and public organizations in my entire career. Since August 2021 I have worked as researcher and teacher at Copenhagen Business Academy.
 

Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision

I have continuously furthered my education in pedagogy.
I supervise HD students during their graduation projects in the areas of Human Ressource Management, Organization and Strategy.
