My key competencies and academic interests are within HRM, HRD, Organisational Theory, Strategic Leadership, Change Management, Learning, Culture, Motivation, Performance, Reward, Communication and Decision Management. I teach in these topics and I am also supervisor for master students writing their thesis.

I supervise master's thesis in the fields of HRM and HRD.
