Kurt Houl­berg

Kurt Houlberg is professor in Public Policy  at VIVE, the Danish Centre for Social Science Research. His research covers Local Government Finance, Local Government Reform, Public Policy, Public Administration and Contracting out. A main research interest is the influence of scale, fiscal environment and political factors on local government policy, financial management, contracting out and effectiveness.
