Presentation and academic fields

I bring extensive practical experience in project management, organisational change and digital transformation, combined with a strong interest in connecting theory and practice. My teaching and supervision focus on project management, agile methods, change management and advisory processes. I am particularly interested in helping students develop strong problem formulations, apply relevant theory and translate academic insights into practical value. My approach is structured, engaging and focused on learning, reflection and progress.

I have extensive leadership and practical experience working with complex projects, organisational development, digital transformation and strategic implementation. I have worked as project manager, project owner and leader of project managers, with experience across both traditional project models and agile methods, including Scrum. My background also includes teaching and facilitation within digitalisation, marketing, compassion and stress management for leaders, employees and students. I hold an MSc in Business Administration (cand.merc.) and have further training in project management, Scrum, coaching, stress coaching and Compassion Teacher Training (TIC).

I have teaching and facilitation experience from practice-based learning environments, including teaching in project-related topics, digitalisation, marketing, compassion and stress management. My pedagogical approach combines structure, dialogue, reflection and practical application.  I supervise in the fields of project management, agile methods, change management, organisational development and digital transformation. In supervision, I focus on helping students sharpen problem formulations, strengthen analytical thinking and connect theory with practical relevance.
