Presentation and Academic Fields
I'm mainly interested in organization theory, public sector administration and how scientific/technological developments affect organizations in myriads of ways. I have taught organization studies and - theory, qualitative methods and several subjects at Master of Public Governance relating to public sector reforms.
My primary research areas have been at the cross-roads between sociology of science, public sector administration and organization studies.
I supervise in the field of organization studies and management with specific expertise in the public sector, e.g. digitalization of the public sector, local effects of political reforms and formal/informal ways of organizing - all of which relate to how organizations relate to their surroundings. I have vast experience with all kinds of qualitative methods.
