Pablo Leao is a PhD fellow at the Strategy and Innovation department at Copenhagen Business School. Before joining CBS in 2022, he completed a PhD in Business Administration at FGV EAESP. Pablo has also supervised and participated in applied and academic research projects at the Center for Studies in International Business, Center for Entrepreneurship and New Businesses, and Center for Teaching and Learning Development at FGV EAESP. His research interest is mainly in digital transformation and sustainability. However, Pablo is also interested in Teaching & Learning and Race & Diversity related research. His papers have been included as finalists in the best papers award at leading international conferences such as the AIB and AOM.
