Rethinking organizational conditions for gender-diverse and inclusive workplaces.

My research examines how organizations govern gender diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, and how these structures shape the possibilities for creating more gender-inclusive workplaces. By analyzing the organizational conditions that support or constrain DEI work, I generate insights into how companies can meaningfully deliver on their gender-related DEI commitments.

I am motivated by the ambition to bridge academic perspectives on gendered organizations and DEI with practical organizational challenges. My work contributes to ongoing debates about the future of DEI and the role of organizations in addressing entrenched masculine norms, gender microaggressions, and broader inequalities embedded in organizational cultures.

My aim is to advance DEI scholarship and support practitioners in rethinking organizational practices in ways that foster more gender diverse, equal, and inclusive workplaces.
