About the role
Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) at CBS is looking for an Operations Analyst to help improve how we work.
You will ensure CSE's operations run smoothly — maintaining core systems, improving processes, and supporting a well-functioning environment. Your work will strengthen how we operate day-to-day.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and improve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in CSE's workflows and processes
- Maintain and improve core systems (e.g., CRM, CMS) and databases including adoption of AI tools in workflows where appropriate
- Maintain process documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams ensuring operational excellence
- Support Executive Operations Manager as needed (e.g., expense reporting, invoices, travel bookings, onboarding logistics)
- Ensure a welcoming, organised department ready for activity - including event setup and breakdown when additional capacity is needed
- Coordinate facility matters with CBS Campus Services, Facilities, IT and other entities of the university
Your profile
- University Master’s Degree likely in business administration or innovation management
- 1–3 years of work experience in business process analysis, optimisation or similar role
- Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
- Comfortable with standard MS Suite of IT tools, and hands-on experience using latest digital tools for efficiency and process automation (e.g., AI tools, workflow apps, CRM systems)
- Service-minded, proactive, and willing to take initiative
- Good English and Danish skill is a requirement

Terms of employment
The position is classified as AC, for a fixed term of 1 year from the start date.
Employment and remuneration will be in accordance with the current collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant professional organization, with classification and salary based on qualifications and experience. Upon employment, it will be possible to negotiate a personal supplement.
