About the role
Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) at CBS is seeking an experienced Executive Operations Manager and PA to lead office management, secretariat functions, and operational support to the Executive Director (ED).
You will ensure seamless day-to-day operations — coordinating internal processes, managing key stakeholder relationships, and enabling the ED to focus on strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Support ED-led alliance building and external convenings (e.g., scheduling, logistics, follow-up)
- Plan and execute cross-cutting events hosted by ED and management team (e.g., forums, roundtables, Advisory Board meetings)
- Design and execute internal community and culture-building events for CSE staff (e.g., team offsites, celebrations, holiday gatherings)
- Work with Operations Analyst and Student Assistants to ensure a vibrant, active internal environment
- Master CSE's calendar for internal team meetings and senior external guests
- Manage relations and database of alumni and external partners (e.g., VCs, universities, funders, etc.) on behalf of ED
- Handle escalated items and strategic external enquiries
Your profile
- University degree in business admin, communications or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in executive support, operations management, or events and stakeholder relations
- Proven track record managing office operations and supporting senior leadership
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — confident engaging with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Discreet, professional, and able to work independently
- Service-minded, proactive, and willing to take initiative with a nothing-is-impossible attitude
- Good English and Danish skills required

Terms of employment
The position is classified as AC, part-time (30 hours/week), for a fixed term of 1 year from the start date. Expected start date: 1 August 2026 or sooner.
Employment and remuneration will be in accordance with the current collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant professional organisation, with classification and salary based on qualifications and experience. Upon employment, it will be possible to negotiate a personal supplement.
