Professional and/or academic experience
- I work with knowledge production and mobilization between research and practice. I’m responsible for applied research projects at Centre for School-Industry Collaboration at House of Natural Sciences.
- From 2014 – 2022, PhD, RA and industrial postdoc research projects on partnerships, collaboration, network-management at CBS and University College Copenhagen.
- Earlier positions in public administration, local and central, working in operations, development, and policy, coordinating change processes, assessment, and policy implementation.
Teaching and supervision
I currently teach and supervise in Organization in Practice, cand.merc. (psyk.). My previous experience includes teaching Managing Professionals, Qualitative Methods, and Philosophy of Science, HA (psyk.) and HA (com.) I have supervised master’s theses in the Master of Educational Leadership at DPU, as well as bachelor’s and master’s theses at CBS in the fields of professions, psychology of work, welfare management, and policy implementation.
