Michael Ahm holds a MSc in Economics (cand.polit.) from Copenhagen University.

Fields of interests include Corporate Finance, IPOs, M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Valuation of listed and unlisted companies, Private equity, Credit risk modelling, Bank business areas (broad), Behavioral finance.

Professional and/or academic experience

Currently: 

• External lecturer at the Department of Finance at CBS for more than 25 years. 

• Independent trusted advisor to executive boards, non-executive boards and owners within the financial sector for more than 13 years. 

• Board member within the financial sector for more than 10 years. 
 

Previously:  

• 23 years at Danske as senior vice president within Risk, Credit, Corporate Finance, Markets and Finance. 
 

Published 2 articles in Finans/Invest.
