About
Driving strategic insight in the platform economy and engaging with societal challenges
My research examines how multi-sided platforms and ecosystems transform competition, industry structures, and value creation across sectors—including media, automotive, healthcare, and decentralised finance. By uncovering the strategic logics of platform governance, I contribute insights that guide not only firms but also regulators seeking to balance innovation with fairness in digital markets.
I actively engage in policy debates on platform regulation, including the EU’s Digital Markets Act, offering evidence-based perspectives on how to sustain competitive, innovative, and consumer-friendly digital economies. Through the Digital Markets Competition Forum and international collaborations, I connect academic research with policymakers, industry leaders, and the broader public to support better governance of digital markets.
