Per Krogager

With a background of 15 years within management consultancy and another 20 years as member of top management in several international companies, I really like to combine management and leadership theory and practice. Having a very special interest in measuring the performance of the human organization as well as uncover the effect of unconscious organizational processes.    

Professional and/or academic experience

Mag.Art in Psychology from Århus University. Published several books regarding the work of a consultant as well as how to develop business cases regarding soft initiatives, the HR Function and the entire Human Organization.

Having a couple of years experiences, lecturing on CBS international E-MBA and the HRM Master.
