Cli­mate Law – Dan­ish, EU and In­ter­na­tion­al
Cli­mate change law is be­com­ing in­creas­ingly im­port­ant for com­pan­ies, cit­izens, and so­ci­et­ies glob­ally. Now and in the near fu­ture, cli­mate change law will af­fect the leg­al and eco­nom­ic op­tions for both mar­kets and policy de­cision-makers. To­geth­er with sev­er­al re­search­ers from CBS LAW, we es­tab­lished a re­search group in cli­mate change law.

Glob­al cli­mate change and how it im­pacts the law

My research helps: 

national governments and the EU on developing climate change regulation 

the United Nations on developing global climate change policy and regulation 

companies to adapt to the climate change regulation
