A joint event between Interaction in Actuarial Science (InterAct) based at the University of Copenhagen and Pension Research Centre (PeRCent), based in Copenhagen Business School.

The transition to defined contribution schemes has created a more complex choice architecture, offering pension fund members and customers more opportunities. For example, the individualization of society, less linear career paths, the movement toward carbon neutrality, and new geopolitical challenges make participants seek more options. At this seminar, we present recent research and discuss current design and policy issues related to this topic.
