Jonas holds a cand.scient.pol from the University of Copenhagen and in 2020 he completed the Master of Business Development (MBD) at CBS, focusing on opportunities to develop platform-based membership services for Danish labour market organisations.
For 20 years, Jonas has worked with leadership education, management, strategy and business development. He has experience as a consultant and adviser at the Ministry of Education, the Danish Defence, the Financial Services Union Denmark, and as owner-manager and partner he built the education company Ambios ApS with a focus on competence-giving leadership programmes. In his day-to-day work, Jonas is a chief advisor at the consultancy cph:learning. His consultancy work primarily centres on digitalisation processes as well as strategy and organisational development in Danish and international companies and organisations

May 2020 – External lecturer, CBS
Lecturer on the strategy component of the HD(O). At the same time, I contribute to CBS Executive as a course developer, lecturer and facilitator on leadership courses with a focus on membership organisations.

January 2018 – May 2020 Senior consultant, Financial Services Union Denmark
Responsible for developing and facilitating the union’s strategy in close collaboration with its leadership. Responsible for the political committee on education and competence development. Responsible for launching the think tank "Future Financial Denmark" with Dansk IT. Responsible for the union’s membership activities – FOKUS. In addition, analysis and communication of membership trends, political briefs and recommendations, as well as ongoing dialogue with local branches.
January 2017 – December 2017 Challenger, Financial Services Union Denmark
Employed in a temporary position to challenge the union’s leadership and organisation. A "free role" in which, with the involvement of the entire organisation, I provided recommendations for developing a new leadership foundation and the future organisation of the union – see article in Finanswatch.
September 2015 – December 2016 Senior consultant, Financial Services Union Denmark
Member of the board of the Financial Competence Fund. Responsible for the union’s programmes for union representatives. Lecturer on the union’s programmes for union representatives. Responsible for developing networks.
2004 – September 2015 Owner-manager and Partner, consultancy Ambios ApS
Responsible for business development, employee management (eight consultants) and administration. Developed and anchored a new strategy based on close partnerships. Responsible for developing an action learning model that was translated into modules in the public diploma-level leadership programme, primarily for public municipal leaders.
2002 – 2015 Lecturer, Royal Danish Air Force Officers School
Lecturer in leadership for future captains in the Royal Danish Air Force on VUT II. Responsible for developing a new exam format based on action learning, with examinations rooted in leadership challenges defined by the Air Force’s various units. In total, approximately 20 teaching courses and 400 examinations.
2005 – 2015 Lecturer, University College Copenhagen
Teaching, supervision and examination on the diploma programme in leadership in the subjects: "Personal Leadership", Leadership and employees, final project and various electives. In total, approximately 40 teaching courses and 1,000 examinations.

Responsible for recruitment, salary budget and the AC collective agreement. I served as secretary to the Cooperation Committee and contributed to integrating Navision Stat as a new system in the agency.
1999 Project officer, Economic Council of the Labour Movement
Responsible for analysing exclusivity-like agreements outside the trade union field in collaboration with 3F. The analysis was used to document the scope of such agreements outside the trade union field.
Pedagogical experience, methodological skills and supervision
I have 18 years of experience as a lecturer, supervisor and examiner. My teaching experience primarily lies within leadership, strategy and learning. My teaching practice is inspired by the principles of action learning, where participants integrate their own practice into the courses. I have extensive experience in designing longer educational courses in collaboration with external partners and subcontractors. Most recently, I have been a co-lecturer on the course "Mod platformsbaserede forretningsmuligheder", offered by CBS Executive.
