My research focuses on self-organizing management in public organizations. I am interested in how self-organizing management creates public value. In order to explore public value, my research merges theoretical perspectives from the literature of public value creation and self-management. Empirically I do work in the field of health care, primary school, social care and elderly care as an action researcher.
