About
Primary research areas
Driving efficient and sustainable operations
My research focuses on improving operational efficiency and sustainability in both manufacturing and service industries. By applying lean principles and performance measurement, I help organizations reduce waste, optimize processes, and enhance competitiveness.
I am motivated by the challenge of aligning operations with broader business strategies to create lasting value for companies and society. My work supports companies in navigating complex operational challenges, fostering innovation and sustainable growth.
I also contribute actively to academic citizenship through collaborations, mentoring, and dissemination of knowledge that bridges theory and practice. My ambition is to drive change that benefits both organizations and the communities they operate in.
