Primary research areas

Digital Platforms and User Behavior
Exploring how users engage with and adapt to digital platforms, focusing on identity, community, and behavioral transitions in online spaces.
AI and Society
Investigating the societal implications of artificial intelligence and machine learning, including ethical considerations, adoption challenges, and their impact on everyday life.
Visual Communication and Behavioral Change
Analyzing how visual and multimodal content on digital platforms influences user perceptions, emotions, and decision-making, particularly in areas such as branding and well-being.
Mixed Methods and Computational Analytics
Applying both qualitative and quantitative research approaches, including textual and visual analytics, to understand complex digital and social phenomena.

Making sense of digital life to create more human-centered futures.

My research explores how digital platforms, AI, and emerging technologies influence identity, behavior, and well-being. I am motivated by the question of how technology can empower individuals and organizations while minimizing risks of exclusion, bias, or harm.

At Copenhagen Business School, I work on projects that address societal challenges such as digital self-image, colorism, and the responsible use of AI in teaching and learning. Through these initiatives, I contribute to creating inclusive, ethical, and sustainable digital futures.

As a researcher and educator, I am committed to bridging academic insights with societal relevance. My teaching integrates digital transformation and analytics with a focus on critical reflection, equipping students to navigate and shape the rapidly changing world of work.

I also contribute to academic citizenship by organizing interdisciplinary workshops and international collaborations that connect researchers, practitioners, and policymakers around shared digital challenges.
