Inspire & Enable: Education for Positive Societal Change

As part of my PhD research within the seizmic project, I focus on social entrepreneurship (SE) education - particularly the educator’s perspective. This involves examining the competencies educators need, as well as approaches to effectively train them to teach SE - particularly in the context of systemic change through social enterprise scaling. In addition, I am interested in emerging approaches to SE education, including the integration of systems thinking, system innovation, futures thinking and the concept of regenerative sustainability.

With a background in pedagogy, sport didactics and environmental studies, I have spent the past three years working in the field of impact entrepreneurship education at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship and the Social Entrepreneurship Akademie in Munich.
