Social and Individual Change through Entrepreneurship

I am a member of the Rethinking Entrepreneurship project group. My research focuses on social and individual change through entrepreneurship and its potential to create more equitable societies, particularly in terms of empowerment, emancipation, and responsibility. I am particularly interested in how social structures, both formal and informal institutions, enable and constrain entrepreneurial activity, and how these structures are altered through entrepreneurial activity. I am also researching entrepreneurial responsibility and the ethical orientation of entrepreneurs to understand how they create responsible entrepreneurial processes and make ethically informed decisions.
